Beginner Foundation Series

One hour long class for 4 weeks beginning Monday, May 14th at 5:30 PM at True North Active Body Center

We are excited to offer a Beginners Foundation 4 week series for those of you that have always wanted to explore yoga in a safe and nurturing environment. Each class will focus on basic yoga poses (asanas) placing emphasis on proper alignment and breathing practices (pranayama). We will spend time on the finer details so you can learn the modifications for each pose to fit your specific body and personal goals. Yoga has so many known benefits such as relieving stress, increasing strength, building flexibility, instilling a sense of balance and wellbeing in your mind and body. However, we understand that we are all on our own unique journey and we would like to introduce the ancient practice of yoga with your individual goals in mind. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment for you to explore and develop your yoga experience, supporting you in your spiritual awakening, emotional growth and/or physical unfolding. When we open ourselves up, every day, to find the celebration in life and the beauty in our world, we uplift all those around us.All levels are welcome. We provide the mats and any necessary props.

Yoga On the Rock does a large fundraising event to benefit the 4th of July fireworks fund.

America’s Best Fourth of July Fireworks Displays
